3. PERSONAL INFORMATION RELATING TO CHILDREN

It is our policy to refrain from knowingly collecting or maintaining personal information relating to any person under the age of 18. The Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) regulates online collection of information from persons under the age of 13. You can delete your personal information collected and processed through the App by deleting the App and submitting a deletion request as directed in the section titled How To Submit A Data Rights Request.
Right to Portability. You may have the right to request to receive your personal information in a portable and readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Targeted Advertising. Analytics

We use Google Analytics on the Site to analyze how individuals use the Site. We will package up information about how individuals interact with our Site and send it to Google Analytics to be processed into reports. When Google Analytics processes data, it aggregates and organizes the data based on particular criteria like whether a user’s device is mobile or desktop, or which browser they’re using. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. We use New Relic to monitor the performance of our website and ensure it is operating efficiently for all users. New Relic collects information about the technical performance of the website, such as server response times, application performance, and errors. This information helps us identify and resolve issues to provide a seamless experience for our users. Do Not Track

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking across websites. Most modern web browsers give you the option to send a Do Not Track signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, there is no accepted standard for how a website should respond to this signal, so we do not take any action in response to this signal. TNG does not have a mechanism in place to respond to DNT signals. Web beacons, pixels, tags and scripts

In addition to cookies, we use other technologies to recognize and track visitors to TNG’s websites.
