Soak feet in very warm water for at least five minutes. Wearing gloves, towel dry one foot and add Advanced Callus Eliminator Gel to bottom of foot and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off and use a ForPro foot file to get rid of dead skin and stubborn calluses. Then finish the foot with ForPro pumice bar until foot is soft to the touch. Repeat process with the other foot. For best results, treat feet bi-monthly to maintain healthy and smooth feet. Tip: For cracked heels, after sanding, use ForPro Cracked Heel Eliminator which will not only help to eliminate cracked heels but will provide after soothing comfort to the bottom of heels and feet.
